• The studio is expected to be returned to its original state.

• This includes:

  • Returning furniture and props to their original placement

  • Removing all trash, food, beverages, and personal items

  • Wiping down surfaces used during the session

• Excessive mess, spills, or damage may result in a cleaning fee charged to the card on file.

• Standard Cleaning Fee: $75
  (Trash left behind, light spills, furniture not reset)

• Deep Cleaning Fee: $150–$250
  (Cake smashes, food residue, frosting, pet messes, heavy spills, excessive dirt)

• Confetti / Glitter / Prohibited Materials Cleanup: $250 minimum
  (Use of these materials is prohibited and subject to immediate fees)

The following are not permitted:

• Smoking or vaping

• Open flames, candles, sparklers, or fog machines

• Alcohol without prior approval

• Illegal substances

• Confetti, glitter, or hard-to-clean materials

Damage & Liability

• Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, props, walls, or equipment during their booking.

• The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.ription

• Pets are allowed

• A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted at any time.

• Pets must be:

  • House-trained

  • Supervised at all times

  • Kept off furniture unless specifically approved

• Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional fees.

Service animals are always permitted.

• Excessive pet hair, accidents, or odor: $150+ deep cleaning

• Pet damage to furniture, floors, or props: Charged at repair or replacement cost

Cake Smashes are OK- but NOT on the paper backdrops.

Requirements:

• A protective floor covering must be used.

• All frosting, crumbs, and residue must be fully cleaned before departure.

• Food may not be smeared on walls, furniture, or backdrops.

• Failure to clean thoroughly will result in a deep cleaning fee.

Please note: Confetti, glitter, fake snow, feathers, or similar materials are not permitted.

• Incomplete cleanup after cake smash: $150–$250

• Damage to floors, walls, furniture, or backdrops: Charged at full repair or replacement cost

Because the studio is a controlled environment, no items may be attached to walls or surfaces.

• Nothing may be nailed, screwed, taped, or adhered to walls, ceilings, doors, or windows.

• This includes:

  • Command strips

  • Nails or hooks

  • Tape of any kind

• Freestanding installations and backdrops are allowed.

• Any wall or surface damage will be billed for repair and repainting.

• Tape residue / minor surface damage: $100–$200

• Holes, chipped paint, peeled surfaces: $250–$500

• Repainting or drywall repair: Billed at cost + labor (minimum $350)

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Running, climbing, or unsafe behavior is not permitted.

• The renter assumes full responsibility for minors in the space.

• Studio furniture and props may be used unless otherwise noted.

• Furniture may be moved carefully but must be returned to its original location.

• Standing or climbing on furniture is not permitted.

• Minor damage (scratches, stains, loose hardware): $150–$300

• Major damage or broken items: Full replacement cost

• Standing or climbing on furniture resulting in damage: Automatic replacement billing

Please avoid hard-soled, cleated, or damaging footwear.

• Any scuffing, scratching, or damage to floors may result in a repair fee.

• Scuffs, scratches, or stains requiring repair: $150–$500

• Permanent floor damage: Full repair or replacement cost

If studio equipment is used with approval ( I.E. but not limited to- light stands, light props, lighting, posing boxes and props)

• Minor damage: Repair cost

• Major damage or loss: Full replacement cost

• Music is permitted at a reasonable volume.

• Please be respectful of neighboring tenants and surrounding businesses.

Repeated or severe violations may result in:

• Immediate session termination without refund

• Banning from future bookings
